So I'm back, after a much needed break, holidays, food, sight seeing, and family. I'm finally getting back to my regular routine.
The first post of the year sounds a little intimidating, should it reflect on the future and the possibilities of a New Year? Should it be about my resolutions and goals for this year? Or should I look back on 2013?
I've never been much of a resolution kind of person, I feel like resolutions start like a fun list of things you want to do and then become a stressful list of things that you wish you had time to do, until slowly some points in that list end up being things you wished you did.
I always reflect on the past year because I like to be grateful, and there's a ton of things I am grateful for on 2013. The biggest event for me was the reason why I'm sitting here blogging, moving to the US.
So hopefully I'll start sharing some of my experiences again soon, the top from this winter break for me: The Saint Louis Art Museum, visiting the Gateway Arch, experiencing one of the coldest winter days and snows, and our tour to the Budweiser Brewery Anheuser-Busch.
Also, I would like to thank everyone who takes the time to read this blog! One of my biggest goals for this year is discipline, so I hope that by the end of the year this blog if full of cool, interesting things to read.

Estoy de regreso, después de una muy necesaria vacación de invierno, entre las fiestas, la comida, visitar lugares y pasar tiempo con la familia finalmente estoy regresando a mi rutina.
El primer post del año suena intimidante, debería reflexionar sobre el futuro y las posibilidades de un Año Nuevo? Debe tratarse de mis resoluciones y metas este año? O debería mirar al 2013 y recordar sus buenos momentos?
Nunca he sido una persona que se fije resoluciones al principio de año, en mi caso, las resoluciones empiezan como una lista divertida de cosas que quiero hacer, después se convierte en una lista estresante de cosas quisiera tener tiempo de hacer, y poco a poco algunos puntos de la lista terminan siendo cosas que hubiera querido hacer.
Siempre reflexiono sobre el año anterior porque me gusta dar gracias, y hay muchas cosas por las que estoy agradecida en el 2013. El evento más grande para mi fue la razón por la que me encuentro escribiendo este blog en este momento, mudarme a Estados Unidos.
Así que espero regresar a escribir sobre mis experiencias pronto, las mejores de este invierno: El Museo de Arte de St. Louis, visitar el Gateway Arch (monumento nacional americano en St. Louis), vivir uno de los días más fríos y nevados de invierno en mucho tiempo, y el tour por la cervecería de Budweiser, Anheuser-Busch.
Además, me gustaría agradecer a todos los que se toman el tiempo de leer este blog! Una de mis principales metas este año es practicar la disciplina, así que espero que para el fin de este año el blog este lleno de cosas buenas e interesantes que leer.
